Go to Cuba or Miss the Mens (Olympics) Gold Metal Game?

What would you rather do? My flight is going to be the same day as the game so I’m going to miss it if I go.

I really wanted to stay back with my dad and watch it with him, because his health isn’t good, anyway I’m so conflicted what should I do?

PS- I had to put it in this section because only people who really love hockey will understand where I’m coming from.

I don’t think I would pass up a chance to go to cuba lol, unless it was game 7 of the stanley cup final, and calgary was involved.

That’s a conundrum. As someone who loves Cuba (and hates Canadian winters) it is hard to pass up on that.
Normally, I would say that you could purchase a Slingbox and use that via your laptop (if you have one) but good luck finding wireless internet in Cuba. You could go to one of their internet kiosks but they are expensive and painfully slow in most cases and you probably can’t link the game through their IP address.

Cell phones that are CDMA don’t function in Cuba.

Can you change your dates perhaps?

    Watch the Gold Medal Game.

Hockey is in my DNA, my soul, it’s my religion as it is for many other Candaians. I won’t miss the Gold Medal Game for the world. Especially since the Olympics are in my hometown of Vancouver, BC!!!!

    GO CANADA GO!!!!!!!!

Watch the game and spend it with your dad. Especially because his health is not so good. I’m sure that it would mean alot to you both. Cuba will always be there, and its pretty cheap to go when you want to go again.

Pay the extra charge to postpone your flight a day.

Go to Cuba. There is no guarantee Canada will be playing in the gold medal game.

Well, there is always the chance Canada won’t be in the gold medal game, so i’d say go to Cuba but if your dads health isn’t good stay and spend time with him.

    whats more important?
