Watch Winder Help
Okay so I brought a guitar winder but it won’t work on the one I want it to?
Okay so I broke my guitar string and I finally brought the peg winder but the peg refuses to come out. It’s jammed in there. I’m getting scared I’ll wreck the guitar. I almost need something to push it out from the inside but what. I tried pulling with my fingers, I know I’m using the peg winder right. I’ve watched people do it before so what’s the deal with it being jammed. Please help. I just want to play my guitar as soon as possible. I miss it!
No the string is already out
Pegs are cheap. Just use a pair of plyers.
Also, are you trying to take the string off? Loosen the string first!
Edit: Oh yes, you said it’s broken. Maybe push what’s left of the string into the guitar, It might be wedging it….no more than an inch though….
In that case, just use the plyers. I’ve never met a peg yet that wouldn’t come out with plyers….
