Eilux bad service center in the Philippines.?
Hello,
I have a bad experience with Eilux watch winder here in Philippines, using the winder for 1-2 months it became noisy, have it check it with the service center they said its normal. I said iis not. So they decided to replace a “NEW” one. After i ask someone to go and pick it up, i saw the bottom was dirty and scratches inside the space where your put the watch in. I told them they have mistaken this is not brand new. They told me to send it back again,now they told me they will replace the parts, after waiting 2-3 MONTHS, they returned to me with my batteries. Wow this is worse service ever. I guess people buying Eilux here should be careful.
